Reaching Out To Others Through The Hands of God And The Light of His Guidance
Isaiah 58:6 says: Is not this the fast that I have chosen? To loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

The University of The Virgin Islands have been collaborating with Pastor Thomas E.
Douglas since 1991. This collaboration started in the early days of the Lonnie E. Mitchell
Conference held at Coppin State College. Dr. Doris Batiste, the Vice Provost, was a
frequent guest lecturer at the conference. During one visit Our Later Founder, Chief
Apostle Julia Williams prayed for a terrible rash that was overtaking her body. Within a
few short days the rash completely disappeared.
This miracle opened up a deep relationship between Our late Founder and the
University of the Virgin Islands. Chief Apostle and Pastor Douglas Co-Founded "The
Spiritual Approach to Alcohol and Other Drugs of Abuse". This spiritual based
application to social ills swept the Historically Black Colleges and University circuit.
Dr. Batiste and Pastor Thomas E. Douglas have kept that relationship of servitude going
down through the years. Recently, Pastor Douglas traveled to St. Thomas, Virgin
Islands, to be a guest lecturer at the University. In addition he travel to several high
schools to educate youth on drugs, violence, and HIV/AIDS from a spiritual perspective.
Pastor Douglas is mobilizing the island youth to become Crusaders For Christ in these
perilous times.
